RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Urban SitRep apparel is made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Because each item is custom produced, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and issue a replacement.

We always recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
If you’re stuck between two sizes, we always recommend going one size up for optimal comfort and mobility.
